As I'm sure you know, all the research shows that to lose weight and keep it off, you need to combine exercise with a healthy eating plan. But if you're like me, my schedule is so hectic that being able to find balanced, healthy meals has always been a challenge for me. With T-Tapp I'm able to stay tight and toned, but in order to get to my goal and stay there, I need a healthy and convenient food plan. I've been working with a fantastic program with clinical studies from the National Institute for Health and Johns Hopkins University. I'm excited to say that everyone I've put on the program has lost weight and those with cholesterol issues have lowered their cholesterol as well as blood pressure. 25 years ago, there was a company that recognized the need for meal replacements that allowed people to "step back" from the obesity-promoting environment by allowing us to avoid difficult food situations and vast choices, while learning to structure our eating patterns in a healthier way. This company only offered their nutrition products by prescription through Doctors. So over those past 25 years, studies have been done to see how effective these nutrition products are at reducing weight and increasing health in those patients who followed the protocols. The results were astounding. But as time went on, Doctors no longer had the time to work with patients on changing their behavior and relationship with food in order to achieve lasting success. A Health Coach is a person who will work with you through both the weight loss phase of the program AND the transition to maintain the incredible weight loss you will achieve.
