Sessions are one hour, pre-payment is required.
Multi-session packages expire one year from purchase and are non-refundable.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Video Coaching
Many T-Tappers do not have access to a Certified T-Tapp Trainer or Clinic
for form checks. If you could benefit from the support of a personal trainer,
have yourself videotaped doing the workout of your choice.
(I will need both a side and front view) When I receive your tape,
I will review it and work with you on form corrections and help
you take your workout to a new level. Please use only VHS, CD or DVD format.
